Application Process

Look through our homes page.  We will be adding new homes every month to this page.  We do not give out the exact addresses because we have experienced damage to our vacant homes.   We do not respond to "is this home available" messages.  If the home is listed as available, it is.

Fill out the credit application below.  If you are qualified, we will reach out to you and schedule a date ad time to show you the home.

We have no hidden fees.  You pay an application fee and a one month deposit before you move in.  There is a $300 pet deposit if you have a dog.  You are responsible for all utilities and utility deposits.
